About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling clients from chain stores such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, and minimarkets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team by responding to technical questions from prospective customers.
  • Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Customer Service: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Territory Analysis: Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Best Practices: Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Forecasting: Assist in sales forecasting and inventory forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a diploma in Business or equivalent.
  • Have 4 - 5 years of work experience in Sales, preferably with experience dealing with retail chains.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin to cater to our customer demographics.
  • Be enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
