About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our team in delivering patient-centered care to individuals with mental health conditions. As a member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in shaping a high-performing and engaging culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, provide, and evaluate nursing care according to patients' needs, doctors' orders, and hospital policies.
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients at all times.
  • Supervise and mentor new and junior nursing staff, fostering a supportive and effective nursing team.
Requirements
  • Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
  • Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Mental Health) preferred.
  • Previous experience in acute care hospitals, especially in psychiatric wards, is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively and empathetically.
  • Patient and emotionally resilient, with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility, and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement.
  • Genuine interest in mental healthcare and the intention to pursue this specialty with dedication and compassion.
  • Comfortable with performing 3-rotating shifts.
