Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Accounts Executive to join our Finance Team. This role involves managing the AR portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate payments from customers.

  • Manage full spectrum of accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, follow-up and cash application.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and disputes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial principles and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar function.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have a basic understanding of financial software and systems.
