Job Title

Digital Content and Social Media Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the enhancement of our digital presence. As a Digital Content and Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving portal and social media engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centric design, social media management, and content strategy. You will work closely with various divisions to ensure that the revamped portal meets user needs and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate focus group discussions with internal and external stakeholders to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various divisions to ensure that the revamped portal meets user needs and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee data cleanup and content migration to ensure standardization guidelines and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and compile feedback for the implementation of changes in the revamped portal.
  • Manage social media presence across platforms and plan content calendars to track performance metrics and analyze results.
  • Work with other divisions and external vendors for the maintenance of corporate website and ensure content aligns with organizational goals and public engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Only Singaporean.
  • Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in digital project management.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), digital asset management, and current website technologies.
