Job Overview

SINGAPORE INSTITUTE OF DIRECTORS is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the PD team, you will provide administrative support for various programs and events.

Responsibilities:
  • Programme Support: Assist Programme Leads in coordinating programmes such as Listed Entity Director Programme, Board Readiness Programme, and Chairperson Accelerator Programme.
  • Pre-Event Logistics: Coordinate with speakers and knowledge partners to gather presentation materials, prepare introductory decks, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, looping slides, and event notifications.
  • Post-Event Support: Assist with analysis of post-event evaluation data.
  • General Event Support: Co-host webinars, provide onsite support during events, and source suitable venues for comparison.
  • Communication and Coordination: Answer basic queries via hotline, liaise with speakers and knowledge partners.

Requirements:
  • Min Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Organised and meticulous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingsness to learn.
  • Prior experience in training administration is a plus.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this role is SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
