Job Title: Building Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Building Drafter to join our team at Tong Loong Engineering PTE LTD. As a Building Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and models of buildings and other structures using Revit and AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed drawings and models of buildings and other structures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that drawings and models meet project specifications and requirements.
  • Prepare and update Revit models, coordination drawings, and shop drawings for submission.
  • Attend on-site BIM meetings and work closely with project teams to ensure that drawings and models are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Create Revit families with parameters as per project specific requirements.
  • Ensure that all drawings and models are compliant with project specifications and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Certificate/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
  • Specialist Diploma in BIM (by BCA) will be an advantage.
  • Working experience on site in building or civil engineering project will be an advantage.
  • A good knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP modelling in Revit is required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in AutoCAD drafting, design, modelling, technical, planning or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc).
  • Able to read and understand working drawings (M&E, architectural and structural).
  • Able to create Revit families with parameters.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsive and positive work attitude.
