Chief Information Security Officer

This role is responsible for analysing problems, performing troubleshooting, and tracking problems through resolution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in security administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse problems and perform troubleshooting to track problems through resolution
- Responsible for monitoring activities such as security and bandwidth usage
- Escalate problems to appropriate stakeholders/principals when necessary
- Ensure generation and management of support tickets according to Service Level Agreement requirements
- Schedule and run periodic maintenance for security infrastructure at the data centre
- Plan and manage change request and/or maintenance activities for security operations including firmware patches
- Ensure zero service level breaches and achieve 100% compliance with policy and procedure
- Perform Change Request, Service Request as assigned by team lead according to the Service Level Agreement
- Provide offsite standby after office hours
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 3 year of experience in security administration
- Relevant Certification on IT Security is highly preferable
