Bus Fleet Services Executive

We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Manager to lead and manage our bus service operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal deployment of resources using our Common Fleet Management System (CFMS).
The successful candidate will have the ability to make critical decisions and ensure effective communication with all parties involved. You will also be responsible for analysing trends and recommending improvements for overall service performance and resource applications.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in any discipline and minimum 2 years' working experience in operations. They should possess strong situational awareness ability, leadership qualities, excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
You will be required to work shifts and possess a calm and controlled attitude when responding to stressful or unpredictable situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in Operations
- Calm and controlled when responding to stressful or unpredictable situations
- Strong situational awareness ability and leadership qualities
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Able to perform shift work
