Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Monitor and control property temperature to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage to identify opportunities for cost savings and sustainability.
  • Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. to ensure leak-free and efficient operation.
  • Perform routine pool and spa maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries to management in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete safety training and certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address their service needs.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language to ensure effective communication.

  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.
Physical Demands
  • Reach overhead and below the knees to perform tasks.
  • Move in confined or elevated spaces to access equipment and areas.
  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces to ensure safe access to areas.
  • Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or a ladder to access areas.
  • Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight to perform tasks.
  • Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
