Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT specialist to assist in the improvement and integration of our enterprise systems.

The role involves analyzing requirements, configuring systems, and maintaining documentation to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in ITSM platforms, business analysis, and systems administration.

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements by interviewing stakeholders to identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mapping user journeys to understand current workflows and processes.
  • Developing functional specifications and process documents to guide implementation and configuration.
  • Building dashboards and generating performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis and Systems Administration, with a strong background in ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework, SQL, APIs, and process automation.
  • Skilled in creating documentation, including requirements, specifications, and test plans.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation and Jira/ServiceNow Administrator.
