Job Description

As a precision engineering professional, you will be responsible for inspection methodology and metrology development, first article, prototype, and production inspection, inspection planning, and non-conformance control.

  • Develop and implement effective inspection methodologies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct first article, prototype, and production inspections to verify product conformity to specifications.
  • Plan and estimate inspection times to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Identify and report non-conformances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Nitec in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in inspection or quality control in precision machining, preferably with 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in CMM inspection systems and measurement programming tools.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in final inspection and verification tasks.
