Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, working closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including cross-functional departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- A minimum degree in Civil/Building/Construction or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a Precast or Building & Construction environment
- Knowledge of HDB precast construction practices and erection sequence
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
