Qualifications:

  • Proficient in at least one programming language and database management to effectively collaborate with development teams.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities for overseeing projects and associated teams.
  • Proficient in English to communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and developing talent within the technology sector.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to set guidelines for others.
  • A strong sense of accountability in decision-making and team supervision.
  • Experience in a collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork.
  • Managerial experience with a focus on analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to foresee challenges and proactively mitigate potential obstacles.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting principles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Odoo is a plus.
