Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical & Electrical Manager (M&E and ACMV) to join our team at DIGO BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. as a Senior Facilities Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the M&E systems, supervising the M&E team, and ensuring that all projects and maintenance works are carried out to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and effectively manage M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Operations: Supervise the M&E team in carrying out maintenance and operational tasks, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Site Planning and Coordination: Perform site planning, coordination, and inspection related to M&E and facilities, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Tendering and Contract Management: Prepare tender specifications and post-contract documents for M&E projects, ensuring that all requirements are met and contracts are managed effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Analyze faults and recommend holistic, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions to clients, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate records and progress reports are prepared and maintained, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Manage and supervise the M&E team, ensuring that all team members are trained, equipped, and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all M&E systems and operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, minimizing the risk of non-compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in related ACMV, Electrical, or equivalent fields.
  • Qualifications: Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ACMV, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to work independently, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work under pressure in a complex environment.
