Job Description

As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for managing equipment issues and developing recovery strategies to meet production requirements. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Equipment procurement and qualification for installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Participation in the WLCSP process (Taping & Detaping, Wafer Mount, Backgrinding, Laser Grooving, Laser Mark, Dicing, AOI, Die Sort etc).
  • Monitoring and analyzing equipment performance and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. Relevant experience in Tape and Reel, particularly in wafer level and vision system knowledge is preferred. Additionally, you should have strong analysis and good teamwork skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform equipment buy-off and qualification for machine installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance.

• Involve in WLCSP process (Taping & Detaping, Wafer Mount, Backgrinding, Laser Grooving, Laser Mark, Dicing, AOI, Die Sort etc).

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance and reliability.

Ideal Candidate Profile
