Call Centre Representative

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring empathy and care for customers.
  • Follow up on hospital bill payments and manage receivables effectively.
  • Provide billing information and support patient inquiries with accuracy and precision.
  • Assist customers in navigating digital payment portal services seamlessly.
  • Send statements of accounts and maintain accurate records for transparency.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes continuously.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring quality service delivery consistently.


Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  • Proactive, committed, and self-motivated individual.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College education or relevant certification.
  • Prior call center experience is beneficial but not essential.


Additional Information:
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Location: Bukit Merah Central.
  • Contract duration: 12-month contract renewable and convertible.
