Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving change initiatives and ensuring a seamless transition for employees.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented individual to lead and facilitate change within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that align with our goals, as well as identifying opportunities to improve services during the change process.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in change management or a related field, with a strong track record of successfully implementing change initiatives. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with our organizational goals
- Conduct thorough Change Impact Analyses to identify potential risks and devise strategies to address resistance
- Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build support for change initiatives
- Develop and execute impactful communication strategies tailored to various target audiences
- Collaborate in the development and delivery of training programs related to change initiatives
- 3-5 years of experience in change management or a related field
- Tertiary qualification preferably in change management-related, organization development-related, or communications-related fields
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, impactful messages to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to conduct thorough Change Impact Analyses
- Prior experience in the public sector or a complex, regulated environment is preferred
As a Change Management Specialist at Careers@Gov, you will be offered a competitive salary of $95,000 per annum, along with a 2-year contract.
