Quality Assurance Manager Role

This role is responsible for the performance and results of Quality Control and Assurance, as well as Health, Safety & Environment functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a quality team to ensure a productive and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and/or improve Quality framework and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Implement and uphold food safety and hygiene standards; risk assessments; quality specifications; documentation and procedures to comply with statutory requirements.
  • Drive projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with Food Quality, Safety & Hygiene standards and requirements.
  • Support production team to trouble-shoot and resolve any product quality issues.
  • Ensure that all food safety, quality related, and non-compliance issues are investigated and corrective measures are implemented.
  • Lead and coordinate internal/external quality audits with relevant parties.
  • Prepare Quality and Performance reports for submission to Senior Management.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
