We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support both the finance and administrative functions of our organization. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

  • Manage full set accounting functions.
  • Generate and manage client invoices.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and process payroll.
  • Prepare monthly account reports.

Administration & Operations:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Maintain a proper filing system.
  • Manage administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate grant applications and submissions.
  • Support daily operational tasks.
  • Handle customer and administrative coordination.
  • Project coordination

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Interact and coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders on business and administrative matters.
  • Respond to inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with the documentation and submission of reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of related working experience in accounting.
  • Experience with full set accounting is essential.
  • Experience with WSQ administrative processes is an advantage.
  • Possess good initiative, outgoing, and a great team player.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and general management skills.
  • Adaptive to change with a positive work attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
