Job Title:

Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist - Medication Expert

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to lead the team in ensuring the highest standards of medication management and patient care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing patients' medication charts and prescriptions to ensure appropriateness and contacting prescribing doctors when necessary.
  • Fulfilling drug orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all related costs and revenue are accounted for and accurately recovered.
  • Dispensing medications to patients, explaining indications and instructions for administration.
  • Providing drug information to other healthcare professionals.
  • Delegating, overseeing, and reviewing the work of assigned subordinates.
  • Ensuring all sales and supply of medicinal products comply with legal requirements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited University recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a public healthcare institution is preferred.
  • Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and a valid practicing certificate.
