Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operational Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting our operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations officers, including generating reports, verifying invoices, and serving as the liaison for meetings chaired by senior management.
- Generate monthly billing reports for machines and related ICT services provided to contractors.
- Verify and validate invoices for products and services procured by the division.
- Serve as the administrative liaison for meetings chaired by senior management.
- Review and manage access rights of contractors accessing government-managed systems and services.
- Provide general administrative support to operations officers, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist the manager in IT administrative support and project management activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IT systems and software is an asset.
