Engineering Facilities Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of the facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our engineering facilities are maintained at the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include carrying out routine maintenance tasks, monitoring contract workers, and operating state-of-the-art AV/multimedia systems.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • National Technical Certificate (NTC) Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in maintaining M&E systems and building facilities
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and shifts as required
