Job Title: School Health Practitioner

Our international school in Singapore is seeking a skilled School Health Practitioner to ensure the health and well-being of our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first aid, emergency care, and general healthcare services to our students during school hours. This includes handling illnesses or outbreak cases such as Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease and Covid-19.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid and emergency care treatment to students during school hours.
  • Assist in handling illnesses or outbreak cases within the campus.
  • Communicate with parents and teachers regarding student illnesses or injuries.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' medical and accident reports.

Additionally, the School Health Practitioner will support students during recess duty and monitor their well-being, accompany students to clinics or hospitals in case of emergencies, and maintain the stock of first aid items in the sick bay ensuring the hygiene and tidiness of the area.

A diploma in healthcare, nursing, or advanced first aid is required for this role. Prior experience working in an education setting is an added advantage. Proficiency in using Google documents and drives is also necessary.
