Information Technology Leader

As a key IT executive, you will lead the Country IT Team and drive digital transformation to foster innovation and collaboration.

You will oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring effective support for business operations.

Additionally, you will serve as the Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    1. Develop and prioritize the IT roadmap, aligning with company strategy.
    2. Lead a team of IT professionals, promoting excellence and innovation.
  • Digital Transformation
    1. Drive initiatives enhancing customer experiences and streamlining operations while maintaining data protection and security standards.
  • Project Management
    1. Oversee major IT projects and integrations, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    1. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, securing buy-in for IT initiatives.
  • IT Consultancy and Management
    1. Provide IT consultancy to Senior Management and Business Functions on IT issues.
    2. Analyze complex business processes and IT issues, improving existing methods and delivering innovative solutions.
    3. Direct and control the provision of Customer Facing IT integration, ensuring high service delivery standards.
    4. Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Risk Management
    1. Identify and mitigate IT-related risks to protect organizational assets and data.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Computer Science preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years in IT functions and/or leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering IT-enabled change.
  • Extensive experience in project/program management and deep understanding of IT and digitalization strategies.
  • Experience managing teams and driving change management initiatives.
  • Experience in IT development cycles, methodology, and project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to lead with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to engage and influence technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of operations, marketing, sales, customer service, and finance.
  • Passionate about new technologies and processes.
