This role is ideal for a skilled cook who can manage high-pressure situations and maintain exceptional food quality. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing our signature dish to perfection.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Chinese or seafood restaurant kitchen wok station. Although training will be provided, we are looking for someone with strong knowledge of traditional cooking methods and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

To succeed in this role, you must be a team player who is comfortable working weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as scheduled. You should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management in both English and Mandarin.
