Requirements:


  1. Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  2. Must be flexible and able to work during peak times, including weekends and public holidays.
  3. Willing to learn, self-motivated and an efficient worker.
  4. Able to minimize food and beverage wastage in the kitchen.
  5. Compliant with rules and regulations.
  6. Good attitude and well-groomed.
  7. Fluent in English preferred.
