About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our Mobile Experience (MX) B2B team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in transforming teaching and learning experiences by deploying Samsung's technology solutions in classrooms and schools.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in educational program management, business development, market development, strategic partnerships, solution consulting, or product management, preferably at a regional level. Strong understanding of educational technology trends and integration models is also essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage professional development programs for educators, including training sessions, workshops, and certification programs to enhance their digital competencies
- Develop and maintain customer success programs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement with Samsung's technology solutions
- Compile and share success stories and best practices to promote wider adoption and recognition of Samsung's educational solutions
- Collaborate with RHQ and country teams to create and implement technology adoption roadmaps for educational institutions
