Job Title: Teacher Associate



We are seeking a qualified professional to support our team of dedicated educators in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher in delivering high-quality educational programs to children aged 2 months to 6 years old.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in planning, preparing, and implementing lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development.
  • Support the lead teacher in creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters respect, responsibility, and positive relationships with children and colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and updating communication books as required.
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student work and progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instructional decisions.
  • Engage with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and promote a culture of teamwork and open communication.


Requirements:

  • An early childhood certificate or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential; on-the-job training provided.
  • A passion for working with young children and commitment to delivering high-quality educational programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
