Senior Enrollment Manager Job

Are you a results-driven professional with experience in sales and business development? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We are seeking a skilled Senior Enrollment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for executing sales goals, developing admissions strategies, and ensuring student enrollment.

In this role, you will forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly student enrolment goals, develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies, and manage data compliance and documentation.

You will also plan and execute regular training sessions for the team on sales tools and counselling techniques, motivate and inspire the team to achieve predetermined targets, and regularly conduct parent engagement events and open houses.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
