Job Title: Portfolio Strategist

Job Description:

As a Portfolio Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing portfolio strategy, business plans, and budgets. You will be responsible for monitoring fund liquidity, controlling expenses, and maximizing investor distributions and returns.

  • You will assist in the development of marketing materials and address investor due diligence questions.
  • Develop and maintain critical relationships with existing and potential investors.
  • Manage and maintain life of fund models for the Funds.
  • Oversee data center funds, including capital allocation, compliance with investment restrictions, investment performance monitoring and analysis, fund level performance metrics, investor reporting, governance, and returns benchmarking.
  • Participate in investment and asset management processes, including evaluation and underwriting of potential acquisitions and divestments.
  • Provide research and market intelligence on competitive landscapes of private real estate, infrastructure, and data center funds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Masters / Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration from a leading university.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in investment or asset management roles with board knowledge and extensive networks in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Sharp analytical, research, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and negotiate transactions, with a proven track record in dealing with international institutional investors.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and market and industry research.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well with different functions and levels.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced dynamic environments.
