Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Support Professional to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our healthcare clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their medical offices.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires no prior experience, as comprehensive training and guidance will be provided. You will be responsible for providing receptionist duties, ensuring accuracy in clinical data entry, and maintaining a filing system. Additionally, you will coordinate appointments, liaise with insurance companies, and perform other administrative tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor.

Responsibilities
  • Provide receptionist services, including greeting patients and handling phone calls
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our computer system
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and ensure seamless communication between staff and patients
  • Liaise with insurance companies to process claims and arrange payments
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of N/O/A levels or Diploma
  • No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and guidance will be provided
