Financial Reporting Manager

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in group consolidation and reporting. With a strong understanding of IFRS and GAAP, they will lead the monthly consolidation process, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, foreign currency translation adjustments, and journal entries.
- Job Responsibilities: Manage the monthly group consolidation process, prepare consolidated financial statements, collaborate with finance teams, and support external auditors during year-end audits.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Deliver accurate and timely submission of financial data, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and drive process improvements to enhance consolidation efficiency.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably holding CPA/ACCA/CA qualification. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in group consolidation and reporting, preferably in a multinational company or audit firm, is required.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of IFRS or equivalent accounting standards, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with consolidation tools, and analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Core Competencies: Technical expertise, attention to detail, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, time management, and continuous improvement mindset.
