Senior Investment Operations Specialist

Utilizing advanced investment knowledge to execute hybrid duties for both portfolio and trading teams.

Responsibilities include 24-hour coverage of the investment team, performing a specialized set of tasks related to portfolio management, order entry, and trade date matching across various asset classes.

Based on instructions from the portfolio management team, the Senior Specialist will create and prepare equity, fixed income, derivative, and currency trade orders for the Trading department.

Following order execution, the Senior Specialist will liaise with approved counterparties to match trade details on trade date.

The role requires monitoring of significant upcoming cash flows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hybrid duties for portfolio and trading teams
  • Provide 24-hour coverage to the investment team
  • Execute tasks related to portfolio management, order entry, and trade date matching
  • Create and prepare trade orders for the Trading department
  • Liaise with counterparties to match trade details
