SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position ranges from SGD $60,000 to SGD $90,000 depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various financial operations including account receivable, bank conciliation, and fixed assets register. Your duties will also involve ensuring the accuracy of supplier payments and AP postings, as well as supplier billing matching and checking payment process.
You will be expected to operate day-to-day finance operations, prepare and compute GST tax quarterly for submission to tax authorities, and prepare salary and CPF payments. Additionally, you will reconcile Accounts Payable and outstanding payments, and perform other assigned duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Accounting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
