Job Title: Counter Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our reception desk. As a counter receptionist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing bookings and payments, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage walk-in customers, phone calls, and online inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Plan and schedule service time slots for massage therapists based on customer requests.
  • Process payments from customers and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages for effective communication with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer knowledge for efficient task completion and data entry.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time: 6 days per week (Sundays off), 9:45 am - 1:45 pm (Mondays to Saturdays).
  • Full-time: 6 days per week (1 day off between Monday to Thursday), 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Mondays to Saturdays) and 10:00 am - 10:00 pm (Sundays).
