About This Role

This key position involves:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to optimize revenue growth, leveraging deep insights into culinary consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Cultivating and nurturing enduring client relationships to foster brand loyalty and ensure sustained business partnerships.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and providing guidance to exceed sales objectives.
  • Utilizing advanced analytics to identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring our Kuih products maintain a competitive edge.
  • Innovating product positioning strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments, driving market expansion and penetration.
  • Implementing effective pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitive positioning in the culinary marketplace.
  • Planning and executing targeted promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

This dynamic role demands visionary leadership, analytical rigor, and adept negotiation skills to drive profitability through effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to resonate with diverse customer demographics.

Key Responsibilities
  • $3800 monthly salary for mature mid-career individuals.
  • Durational traineeship/attachment offered - 6 months.
