**Job Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a PhD in Computational Chemistry, Catalysis, Energy Chemistry, or a related field.

You must have extensive expertise in Density Functional Theory (DFT) for material design and optimization, as well as proficiency in computational tools and software, including VASP, Gaussian, CP2K, and DFTB+.

You should also have experience with machine learning force fields and multi-scale simulations to model material behavior and reaction mechanisms.

A strong background in material synthesis, advanced characterization techniques, and electrochemical testing methodologies is essential.

Additionally, you must have a proven track record of high-impact publications in leading peer-reviewed journals, demonstrating significant contributions to materials science and electrocatalysis.

You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate experimental findings and theoretical approaches to address complex research challenges.

Demonstrated organizational and project management capabilities, ensuring the timely delivery of impactful research outcomes, are also required.
