Job Description

You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care within the Diagnostic Imaging Suite in accordance with established nursing policies and procedures.

To provide a high standard of care to patients, you will be involved in care management, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of patients.

Ensure that stocks are available for procedures when needed. Explain the examination to the patient, obtain the necessary consent when required, and assist Radiologists in Interventional procedures.

Protect patients, staff, and public from unnecessary exposure to ionizing radiation by taking precautions. Perform documentation according to government legislation and undertake any other duties as instructed by the Manager/Radiologist.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Nursing
  • Candidate with Advanced Nursing Diploma or equipment will have an added advantage
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in tertiary hospital
  • Previous experience in Radiology department highly advantageous
