Job Title: Associate Engineer

Are you a skilled engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in engineering support and maintenance of complex systems?

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about problem-solving and has a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering. As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sorting system and warehouse automation system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support and maintenance of the sorting system and warehouse automation system.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure good machine performance.
  • Monitor equipment performance and execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  • Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot, test, install, and implement new equipment for quality, safety, and productivity improvement projects.

Requirements:
  • Able to work on a 3-shift rotation schedule, including weekends.
  • Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics preferred.
  • Basic understanding of simple automation logic.
  • 1–3 years of practical experience in operations, production, and/or facilities maintenance environment.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude also considered.
