Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to the Specialist Training Committees/Residency Advisory Committee in maintaining training standards and deliverables.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent office skills and experience in providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to the Specialist Training Committees/Residency Advisory Committee
  • Monitor and maintain training standards and deliverables
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A basic degree in any discipline from a recognized University
  • Experience in providing administrative support and financial experience would be an advantage (but not essential)
  • Good office skills in MS Office with experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
