Training Administrator for Specialist Accreditation

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to the Specialist Training Committees/Residency Advisory Committee in maintaining training standards and deliverables.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent office skills and experience in providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide secretarial support to the Specialist Training Committees/Residency Advisory Committee
- Monitor and maintain training standards and deliverables
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A basic degree in any discipline from a recognized University
- Experience in providing administrative support and financial experience would be an advantage (but not essential)
- Good office skills in MS Office with experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
