Troubleshooter and Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Troubleshooter and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues in our test equipment.

You will work closely with our manufacturing engineers to develop and implement solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dismantling, adjusting, repairing and assembling equipment according to layout plans and blueprints
  • Performing electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment
  • Using test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in electrical, mechanical or software engineering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
