Campaign Management Executive

As an experienced professional in email marketing, you will be responsible for maintaining and executing the email marketing calendar for assigned clients.

This includes ideating and conceptualizing campaigns, building or coordinating the creation of emails and landing pages, segmenting lists, deploying campaigns, and analyzing results.

Your role will also involve following a detailed checklist to ensure that campaigns are delivered effectively and drive results.

You will be expected to code HTML/CSS and test email templates using Email on Acid, as well as create and analyze A/B test plans to enhance email campaign performance and conversion rates.

Developing corresponding landing pages for campaigns and conducting thorough testing before deployment or client handover will be a crucial part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will measure and report on the performance of email campaigns and A/B tests, aligning each campaign's performance with the client's email marketing objectives.

Collaboration with production teams to design assets for various touchpoints in the customer journey and continuous improvement of the process to understand client needs for a better experience will be essential.

Your role may also involve assisting in marketing automation campaigns, retargeting ads, list clearing, and other aspects of digital marketing.

To qualify for this opportunity, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in setting up digital or email marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in tools like Braze, SFMC, or Klaviyo is required, along with experience working with DIY ESPs and enterprise ESPs for campaign setup, segmentation, dynamic content, and reporting.

Strong HTML and CSS skills, familiarity with tools like Sailthru, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and the ability to analyze data and problem-solve are also essential.

A self-starter who is innovative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment is ideal for this role.
