Overview:

SG HOTELS PTE. LTD. is a boutique hotel group in Singapore, operating several hotels under the Marriott brand. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and drive digital growth for our properties.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building The Garcha Group brand digitally on all platforms, leading to direct measurable revenue for all hotel rooms and F&B outlets. This includes creating and executing social media calendars, developing email marketing campaigns, and maintaining website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop an annual digital marketing strategy for the hotel, identifying online marketing opportunities to increase property visibility and awareness.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and loyalty through relevant and engaging content that is brand compliant.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute EDM schedules, responding to all emails within 24 hours regarding any marketing and influencer opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Create and organise photography, videography, and associated editing for all marketing needs.
  • Websites and SEO: Maintain and update Marriott and "vanity" hotel and F&B websites' content to ensure all communication is up-to-date and on-brand, ensuring optimal utilization of Marriott digital tools and channels to maximize marketing coverage.
  • Influencer and PR Management: Assess, recommend, and develop and maintain relationships with influencers, through a planned schedule of invitations to hotel inspections and hosted events, coordinate PR events with and independently from PR company, and continue relationships/partnerships.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Actively monitor competitors' pricing and marketing programs, identifying other online marketing opportunities to increase brand and hotel awareness from time to time.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mastery of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
