Cyber Infrastructure Specialist

Role Summary

The Cyber Infrastructure Specialist is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our organization's IT systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • System Administration: Perform routine installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks on hardware and software systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide customers with timely, professional, efficient, and effective technical expertise on system support, cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT solutions, and other related areas.
  • Hardware and Software Support: Offer support for replacement and upgrade of computer and server equipment, as well as installation and support of technical software and tools.
  • Project Management: Manage project delivery based on project requirements and customer expectations.
  • Research and Development: Explore new technologies and solutions to improve solution design and delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration, Domain environment, MS Exchange, Virtualization environment (Hyper-V and VMware), and Linux is preferred.
  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer management skills.
