Digital Marketing Lead - SEO Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead - SEO Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business success across channels, including SEO, CRO, E-Commerce, ASO, Content Outreach, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Business Responsibilities
- Define annual objectives and supervise budgets, keeping costs and margins under control
- Forecast and account plan on SEO
- Provide business support to agency brands and drive own sales and projects
- Establish clear performance indicators and deliver executive leadership updates
- Nurture and develop the specialist team to match the evolution of digital marketing
- Input into the structure of the department according to growth provisions
- Participate in presentations and conference calls to assist teams across OMG SG in other markets
- Support the team and proactively work on preparing and researching POV, case studies, and white papers
- Drive internal communication with teams across Omnicom Media Group as appropriate and provide consultative services to assist with business and account development
- Collaborate on the strategy and approach for PR and social
- Perform competitive research and opportunity analysis for the company
- Participate in weekly team/account meetings and offer ideas and suggestions to improve and evolve optimizations
- Manage client relationships and provide timely communications for campaign management, optimization, and reporting
- Communicate transparently with account leads on any issues, planning, and account ownership
- Format reports and provide top-line insights for ongoing reports and post-buy analysis
- Understand metrics and KPIs of accounts and continually suggest optimizations to improve campaign performance, ensuring all optimizations are documented
- Oversee process for new launches or site revamps to ensure organic improvements and stability of the brand site
- Develop knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
- Work with agency brands to formulate and execute or add SEO strategies in business
- Oversight and direction of associated specialists
- Provide direction to specialists when assigning tasks
- Oversee specialists to ensure timely and accurate product or results delivery; provide input for specialist performance reviews
- Train specialists on optimization tactics and account budget pacing strategies
- Assist in training other employees on best practice and processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings in the account lead's absence
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
- Adept at communicating effectively across all levels
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships interdepartmentally as well as those outside the team
You should have 7+ years of relevant paid search and SEO experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and points. A 'can-do' attitude, tenacity, business savvy, entrepreneurial spirit, persuasive nature, leadership qualities, and great interpersonal and communication skills internally, with media owners, and clients are also essential.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between SGD $120,000 and SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
