Job Overview

As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed drawings using industry-standard software platforms. Your key duties will include developing 3D models, execution plans, and implementation, as well as coordinating design and technical matters with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Main Responsibilities:
• Assist project engineers and managers at all levels in the development and implementation of building information modelling techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest drafting technologies and methodologies to maintain technical competency.
• Plan and meet drawing submission deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
• Report progress of works to project engineers and managers, highlighting any challenges or areas for improvement.
• Manage the implementation of BIM processes and standards across projects.
• Prepare and produce constructible 3D drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, utilizing industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate submission schedules, monitor modelling progress, and inform key personnel of any changes or updates.

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent field.
• Knowledgeable in plumbing, sanitary, and gas services with at least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software platforms, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Able to read and understand engineering and architectural/structural/MEP drawings and documents.
• Proficient in BIM Modelling and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
