Job Title: Storage Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge storage solutions.

  • Design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide SAN/NAS architectures to ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance.
  • Manage end-to-end data migration projects with minimal downtime and high availability.
  • Perform performance analysis, capacity planning, and technology refresh activities for large-scale storage systems.
  • Administer fabric zoning, provisioning, and backup/recovery solutions across multi-vendor storage platforms.
  • Lead incident, change, and problem management ensuring ITIL-compliant operations.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and vendor partners to resolve critical issues and manage escalations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAN/NAS storage administration and consulting.
  • Expert-level knowledge of storage systems and technologies.
  • Proven mastery of migration and replication techniques.
  • Solid understanding of fabric management (MDS, Brocade DCX, FCIP routers, zoning, ISL, and SAN topologies).
  • Working knowledge of Red Hat Linux, Windows servers, and scripting for storage automation.
  • Strong track record in disaster recovery, backup administration, and capacity optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enterprise-class storage solutions supporting thousands of servers and petabyte-scale workloads.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
