We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst Intern to join our team in the financial reporting department. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial reports used for management and external stakeholders.
About the Role
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the main processes in the finance department, including closing activities, reporting, and analysis.
- You will gain experience in the annual budgeting process and provide input to special reports such as local ORSA (Own Risk Self-Assessment) and Australia ICAAP.
- As part of this role, you will be exposed to the reinsurance industry and have an appreciation for the new insurance financial reporting standards.
- You will also participate in the transformation of finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Learn about the main processes in the finance department.
- Gain experience in the annual budgeting process.
- Provide input to special reports.
- Exposed to reinsurance industry.
- Have an appreciation for the new insurance financial reporting standards.
- Participate in transformation of finance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing in Accountancy or Finance.
