As a Primary Education Specialist, key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students, promoting social-emotional learning and character development;
- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise;
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve the student care program, sharing best practices and expertise to enhance student outcomes;

Required qualifications and skills include:

- A certification in education, child development, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience teaching or working with primary school students;
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages;
