Senior C#/.NET Software Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team.

  • Design, implement, and test instrument control software for industry-leading DNA sequencing and genotyping devices.
  • Deliver software architecture, designs, and implementations that meet product requirements.
  • Contribute to all aspects of our agile development process, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, and sprint demos.
  • Create and execute unit tests to verify functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
  • Participate in software design reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality code.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of working experience as a senior software developer.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages, preferably C#.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain multi-threaded .NET applications.
  • Strong coding skills, with the ability to write robust, lean, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Extensive experience writing high-quality unit tests against mock objects.
  • Proficiency with source control management repositories, such as GIT or SVN.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
